ENTRANCE & NORTH AREA

Strolling down the cypress studded driveway which starts from an ancient water reservoir is a cordial reception that leads you to the main entrance of the stone villa.

Let your eyes doze off and feel the tranquility, and wonder what else does Villa Karya offer?

Along the way you can choose to sit on the simple wooden bench in the pebble garden that’s dotted with islands of cacti, penisettum, yuccas, crepe myrtle and erythnia. A nice contrast to the abundant green surroundings.

SOUTH LAWN

Find open air privacy on the lawn while enjoying breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. First the Yakaköy valley, then the Greek island of Kos, and the tip of Datça (Knidos) peninsula are like stepping stones in the waters where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean.

The two verandas provide much needed shelter from the sun: The living room's veranda provides 2 sets of spacious sitting areas with a full service bar area as well, while the kitchen veranda can comfortably accommodate 18 people for nice summer invite.

POOL

Beguilingly, our kidney shaped 90 m2 infinity pool floats amongst an idyllic surrounding landscape of natural rock outcrop and colorful plants including oleanders, bougainvilleas, gazanias, and succulents.

The pool has a salinity level as natural as a tear drop to leave your skin smooth and chlorine free. A tranquil spot to swim, cool down, relax on the large comfy sun beds and simply soak up the beauty of the rolling hills below.
